Managing Property Team users

This guide is for when you have new starters or leavers, or need to change the roles for your property team.

Inviting a New Starter

  1. Open your Tools URL - this may be available as a quicklink in your Equiem platform

  2. In the top menu, go to Admin

  1. Under the General section, click Manage Properties & Occupiers

  1. Click the Pencil icon next to the property you want to manage

  2. Click the Occupiers button, this will open a list of existing occupiers and allow you to add and manage companies

  1. Click the People icon next to the company you want to manage

  1. Click Add New

  1. Enter the email address for the user, and choose a role, click Submit to save.

The user will now have access to your property’s Tools platform.

If the user does not already exist within the system an invite will be sent to them to register. Once they are registered they will have the correct role you have already assigned to them.

 

Editing a Property Team member’s role

  1. Open your Tools URL - this may be available as a quicklink in your Equiem platform

  2. In the top menu, go to Admin

  1. Under the General section, click Manage Users

  1. Search for the User's email address

  1. Open their profile

  2. In the Role tab, chose the new role for your property(ies)

 

 

Removing a Leaver

  1. Open your Tools URL - this may be available as a quicklink in your Equiem platform

  2. In the top menu, go to Admin

  1. Under the General section, click Manage Users

  1. Search for the User's email address

  1. Click the X next to their email address in the search results to delete their account
