Creating an Offer (Global Admin)

Before you begin, make sure you have the product you want to offer to your client in the Inventory.

To create an offer:

  1. In the Admin Panel, go to Plans > Offers and click + button.

  2. Now you are able to create new offer.


    You must complete the required information:

    • Company: You can choose the existing comapny from the list or send the offer to a new comapny. If you want to send your offet to a new client, leave the Company field empty.

    • Customer Data: Complete the required information about your client.

    • General Info: Select the expiriation date of your offer (after this date, the user will be no longer allowed to accept the offer), and provide the information about the space location as well as the default language.

    • Products: Select the products you offer and provide the price for them.

    • Billing preferences: Decide whether you prefer a fixed-term contract or an auto-renewal contract. It is also important to choose the contract start date and billing cycle.

    • Terms and Conditions: Select the appropriate agreement from the list or create your own agreement in the Settings tab, if necessary.

  3. After completing all the required fields click Create and you will see the preview of your offer.

  4. Click share via email and your tenant will get the offer on their email address.

Your Offer List

To check the list of your offers, go to Plans > Offers, find your offer on the list and check its status. Offer which you have already sent to the client has the status Sent. Once the client accepts the offer, its status changes to Signed.
