Offers are contracts you create to send to your occupiers.

Create an Offer

  1. To create a new offer click the (+) on the main view. 

  2. Fill in the following details: 

    1. Name: Offer name

    2. Location: 

    3. Offer Expiration Date: 

    4. Offer Default Language: 

    5. Description: Description of the offer. 

    6. Internal notes: 

    7. Invoice Template: 

    8. Billing Preference: 

    9. Products: 

  3. To finish click 'Create New Offer'. 

Sign an Offer

Once an offer has been created you can send it to your customer by: 

  • Email directly from spaceOS. 

  • Or via a link that you can copy and add into your own email. 

  • Note: You can set an expiry date on an offer so that the customer only has a certain amount of time to accept your offer. 

When your customer clicks on the link they will be invited to do the following

  • Fill in their company information. 

  • Fill in their billing details along with billing method (eg: credit card).

  • Your customer can then accept the offer. 

  • Once the offer has been signed it will become active within the subscription tab. 

Offer Templates

Offer templates are standard contract types you can offer your occupiers. 

Create Offer Templates

  1. To create a new offer template click the (+) on the main view. 

  2. Fill in the relevant details of the offer: 

    1. General Info: 

    2. Invoice Template: 

    3. Billing Preferences:

    4. Products and Agreements: 

  3. To finish click 'Create'. 

Fields with a * are mandatory.

Edit Offer Templates

From the list view you can edit, delete or export offer templates. 

  • Click on the name of the offer. 

  • Then click 'Edit Template' in the offer page. 

  • Make your changes and then 'Save Changes'.

Delete an Offer

  • To delete an offer click on the little garbage can. 

Export Offers

When you export an offer it is exported as a .json file. 

  • Select the spaces you would like to export. 

    • Using the check box select the specific offers you would like to export. 

    • Click 'Export'.

Send Offer Templates

To turn an Offer Template into an actual Offer, select the desired template: 

  • Click on the ‘create offer’ button. 

  • Fill in the customer data. 

  • To complete click 'Save Changes'.
