Creating a Sub-Account

If you are managing more than one account you can do this in Stripe by creating sub-accounts. 



Sub-accounts allow you to:

• Separate tax and legal entity information

• Set up unique statement descriptor and public business information

• Have easier reporting and reconciliation

• Payouts to separate bank accounts

Setup a Sub-Account: 

1. Click on the name of your main account in the top-left corner and select “New account”.

2. Fill in the necessary data for the sub-account.

3. Then click on “activate your account”.
