Connecting Stripe to spaceOS
In order to connect your Stripe account to spaceOS, you will also need to find the Connect Client ID Key and provide us with it.
Get Started with Connect
To retrieve the Client ID key, you will have to go through a short form regarding the business model.
To start this step, go to Connect and click on Get started.
Stripe account verification
After completing all the required information, your account must be approved by Stripe (this may take up to several hours).
Access Client ID Key
Once Stripe has verified your account, you will finally be able to get your Client ID key. To access key:
Go to Settings.
Next, go to Connect > Settings.
Go to the Integration section.
Copy the Live mode client ID.
Provide the Keys to spaceOS Support
After collecting all the keys, please provide us with them so we can set up your Stripe account in our backend environment. This usually takes between 1-3 business days.
You can contact us via Help Center by creating a support ticket (Help Center > "+" icon > Create support ticket).
Merchant Stripe accounts
Now your merchants will be able to create their own Stripe accounts, which they can connect in their dedicated application for restaurants/shops/service providers - the spaceOS Merchant App.
This application is available on tablets, but can also be downloaded on your computer by searching “spaceOS merchant” in the Apple or Google Play stores.

In order for your merchant to receive access to the merchant app, you will need to create a dedicated shop for them in your application. Please find instructions on how and admin can give a merchant shop access here.
