Help Center.

The Help Center menu provides two tabs that share location and maintainer filters, along with unique filters that cater to their respective categories.

  • Location filter lets you see issues for chosen buildings

  • Maintainer filter lets you sort issues by their maintainer

Unique filters are:

  • Categories filter that allows you to sort issues by category

  • Requester filter that enables sorting issues by the person who made a request

  • Issued between filter that lets you see the issues for a specific time period

  • Updated between filter that allows sorting issues that were updated during the certain time period

  • Status filter that allows you to sort issues by their status
