Managing New User Invites

Once you have invited a new user, you can monitor the status of their invite in the Manage New User Invites widget.

To begin, head to equiem.one and log in.

Scroll down to the Manage New User Invites widget. Here you will see a list of users recently invited to the platform.

Each user will show with either a Registered or Pending status. You can also use the tabs to see only Pending or Responded users.

To resend an invitation, click the 3 dots next to the user and select Resend Invitation.

If a user has not responded after 30 days, the invite will drop off the widget.

From this menu, you can also view the Activity History to see who invited a user, what time and date the invite was sent, and any additional actions taken such as the user registering or an invitation being resent.
