Inventory & Plans
The Inventory & Plans category contains several different menus that use filters so that you can view the data that you need much easier.
Let's take a detailed look at them.
Companies
The Companies menu has 4 filters available for your search: you can filter companies by location, period it's been active, fields of work, and status.
With the Location filter, you can sort companies by building
With the Active between filter, you can sort companies by dates it was active
With the Fields of Work filter, you can sort companies by their specialization
With the Status filter, you can sort companies by their current status (active or deleted)
Inventory
The Inventory menu offers a variety of tabs to help you easily navigate through your inventory data. All tabs share a convenient Location filter, which allows you to view inventory specific to your chosen location.
In addition, each tab has its own unique filters to help you sort your inventory data based on specific attributes such as:
Space types that allows you to sort spaces by type
Space size that allows you to sort spaces by size
Amenities that allows you to sort spaces by amenities available
Managers that allows you to sort inventory by its assigned managers
Buildings that allows you to sort inventory by building,
Countries that allows you to sort locations by country
Product types that allows you to sort products by their type
Plans
The Plans menu has several tabs available that share the following filters:
Locations filter, to help you sort contracts and offers by location
Contract type filter, to help you sort contracts and offers by their type
Status filter, to help you sort contracts and offers by their current status
Each tab also has unique filters to further enhance your search:
Companies to sort contracts and offers by the company
Date range to sort subscriptions by the period they were active
Created date to sort contracts by the date they were created
Contract start date to sort contracts by their starting date
Products to sort offers by the products offered
Move-in date to sort companies by the date when they moved in
Analytics
The Analytics menu provides several tabs that share the same locations and date filters, but they also have several unique ones pertaining to their own graphs.
Location filter allows you to see analytics for chosen buildings
Date filter allows you to choose the time period for the analytics
Tab-specific filters include:
Product filter enables sorting analytics by product
Rooms filter allows sorting analytics by room type
Size filter lets you sort meeting room analytics by their size
Vendors filter allows you to sort analytics by vendor
Currency filter changes the displayed currency in the analytics
Additionally, there is also an Include tax toggle that allows you to include sales tax in the analytics.
Invoices
The Invoices menu provides four filters to help you search efficiently. Use the date, company, status, and value filters to sort invoices as per your requirements.
Issue date filter enables sorting invoices by the date they were issued
Company filter allows you to sort invoices by the company
Status filter lets you to sort invoices by their status
Value filter allows you to sort invoices by the invoiced amount
