What is a Group?
This article contains:
Introduction to Groups
Groups can be assigned to user profiles and can be used for segmentation purposes. A user profile can have multiple Groups assigned to it. Administrators are able to create Groups, which form part of a catalogue that is available for all sites to use.
We have a selection of example Groups, such as Fire Warden or HR Contact, that can be applied to your site, or you can choose to create your own Groups in the Taxonomy section of the Site Settings.
Groups Use Cases
Here are some suggested use cases for Groups. You can use these, or you can create your own.
Fire Warden Training
Use a Fire Warden Group to invite Fire Wardens to upcoming training session and share key updates and information with this group.
Advocacy Engagement
Get advocates of the building platform to provide feedback and testimonials, or surprise and delight them with perks and events.
Sustainability Content
Assign interested members to a Sustainability Group to invite them to upcoming Green Groups, share ESG initiatives or ask for their feedback on what topics should be added to the agenda for upcoming Green Group meetings.
Prospect Experience
Add prospective occupiers to a Prospect Group and segment dedicated content to this group, for example, leasing team contact information, building specs and available space information.
