So you can monitor the planning and performance of the events at your site, check your Event Calendar widget where you see the list of all your upcoming events at any given time with their name, date and number of registrations.

  • When RSVP is disabled, you will not see the registration status.

  • When RSVP is enabled with unlimited capacity, you will see the number of people attending.

  • When RSVP is enabled with limited capacity, you will see the number of people attending and overall capacity for the event.

When you hover on the event with your mouse, two options appear. You can either share the event or do more via the three little dots.

If you click on share, a menu opens and gives you the option to share the event by Email or copy the link of the event.

If you click on the three little dots, a menu opens and gives me the option to view the event on site, quickly edit the event in the back-end and view the RSVP report.

Finally, you can also initiate a New Event post via the button “New Event” in the header of the widget that will launch the Content Management System in a new tab.

If your site has no events planned, then the widget will show an “empty” view.
