Subscriptions Dashboard

The Subscriptions page or provisioning screen is the next menu item. This is where you're able to provision subscriptions and keep on top of what users are ordering. 

If you are a Site Manager, you will first need to select the vendor that you would like to view Subscriptions for.

The subscription product provides you with the opportunity to create services, or products, with a recurring charge element. Providing the price is fixed, they can be set up to automatically charge users on a weekly or monthly basis.

Users can easily identify subscriptions in the Marketplace/Store and also manage all aspects of their subscription directly from their Platform profile.

For Vendors, it's as easy to set these up as other product types and subscriptions come with their own dedicated utilisation report in the Store Manager.

This feature is suitable for any product or service that has a fixed price and requires a recurring charge.

Store Manager interface

The subscription product is set up in the Store Manager the same way as a plain product is set up.
