Orders Dashboard

The Orders page or provisioning screen is the second menu item. This is where you're able to provision orders and keep on top of what users are ordering. The screen has 4 different views, current orders, new orders, in progress orders and finally completed orders. To navigate between order views, simply click on the appropriate tab. The screen you are currently on will be illustrated with a grey background.

Open

1. Current refers to orders that are both new and accepted by the Vendor.

2. New refers to orders that are new but yet to be accepted.

3. In Progress refers to orders that are accepted.

4. Done refers to completed orders. This tab also includes cancelled and rejected orders.
