Administration levels in the Store Manager

There are two administration levels available for the Store Manager. These are:

  • Site manager

  • Vendor

Site Manager accounts in the Store Manager have the below table of roles available to them and these settings are set up at a site level.

Site Manager

  • Manage Vendor Categories (can assign vendor to available categories)

  • Manage Vendor Stripe Connection (can connect/disconnect Stripe)

  • Manage Vendor Store Visibility (can make Vendor hidden or live)

  • Manage Site Delivery Methods (can delete and create new delivery methods)

  • Manage Site Address (can edit site address)

Site Manager + Manage Orders

Site Manager Access AND

  • Accept/Reject/Cancel/Complete orders

Site Manager + Process Order Adjustments 

*need Manage Orders access

Site Manager Access AND

  • Process Order Adjustments e.g. refunds or additional charges

Site Manager + Manage Discounts

Site Manager Access AND

  1. Create, edit and remove discount codes

 

Site Manager + Edit Site Settings

Site Manager Access AND

  • Can edit all aspects of Store settings

Site Manager + Manage Users

*need Edit Site Settings access

Site Manager Access AND

  • Can invite new users to the account and assign permissions

  • Can manage existing users and permissions

Site Manager + Manage Catalogue

Site Manager Access AND

  • Can create, edit and delete all aspects of Store products

Site Manager + Manage Vendors

Site Manager Access AND
Can edit all elements of Vendor Settings e.g opening hours, contact information

Site Manager + Manage Deals Vendors

Site Manager Access AND
Can edit all elements of Deals Vendor Settings e.g categories and contact information

Vendor accounts can invite an unlimited number of users to the account based on the below table of roles available to them, these users will be able to make changes and view information regarding the Vendor Account(s) they're invited to, only. 

Vendor + Manage Orders 

  • Accept/Reject/Cancel/Complete orders

Vendor + Process Order Adjustments

  • Process Order Adjustments e.g. refunds or additional charges

 

Vendor  + Manage Users

  • Can invite new users to the account and assign permissions

  • Can manage existing users and permissions

Vendor + Manage Catalogue

  • Can create, edit and delete all aspects of store products

Vendor + Access Reports

  • Can access Vendor-specific analytics report

Vendor + Edit Store Settings

  • Can edit all aspects of store settings.

Note: This vendor user role is the only role that can add or remove a Stripe integration

Vendor + Manage Discounts

  1. Can create, edit and remove discount codes
