Adding Subscriptions

A subscription product can be added for products that require a recurring payment of the same amount. For example, a monthly locker subscription.

Adding a Subscription Product

Subscription Information

1. Open the Store Manager, then click Catalogue on the left-hand side menu. 

2. Click Add Product and select Subscription

3. Add an image by selecting Choose file and selecting an image from your device. You will see the product image and the thumbnail, from here you can choose to remove the image by pressing the delete icon, or select the pencil icon to change the focal point on the thumbnail.

4. Enter your product title and product description.
   
   

5. Set the status of your product to hidden or live. Live will make your product active if your store is open. If you leave it hidden, you can also make it live later via the products menu list.

6. Enter the base price of the product and the tax rate.

7. Set the billing cycle to weekly or monthly.

8. If there is a limited number of stock available, you can enter the number in this field. Leaving it blank means the product is unlimited.

9. Select the category you want the product to be shown in from the available options. If an option doesn't currently exist, you can create a new category by simply typing the name, then pressing Enter or clicking the new item name to save it

10. Choose if you would like to select an Audience for this product, for example, Commercial users only. We recommend leaving the audience set to everyone unless you’ve been advised otherwise by your building team. See our segmentation guides here for more information.

Subscription Modifiers, Additional Information, and Terms & Conditions

1. If required, you can add modifiers to your subscription product to allow users to customise their order. Check the button to Add modifiers and select Add modifier type.

Choose the most appropriate modifier type, by default Single Choice will be selected, and create a name for your modifier. You can also check the box to make your modifier a Mandatory choice, meaning that customers must pick an option or enter text.

Type your Choice Name (note: these are case sensitive), or select from your pre-existing modifiers from the drop-down list. If your modifier has an additional cost, type this in or type in 0.00 if it is an included choice. Click Add to save your choice and to add more modifiers.

2. If required, you can provide the user with additional information such as a locker number.

Check the button to Provide User with additional information. Tell the user what type of information you will provide them with after purchase and click Add.

3. Choose if you would like to add a different turnaround time than is set in your store settings for this product, and add any terms and conditions if required.

Saving & Going Live

1. Press Save at the end of your product creation

2. Use the eye icon to make the product hidden or live as required quickly.
