Create a Title for your Booking, then add a Description. This should be a short description that is shown on the booking preview in your Marketplace.
Set the Status of your Booking, either Hidden or Live. Only Bookings that are set to Live will be visible to users.
Enter the price of the session and select your tax rate, the currency and tax rates will be set by region.

Â
Choose to Select Audienceif you would like your product to be targeted to specific user groups e.g. a particular company. Check our Segmenting Products course to find out more about segmentation.
Choose to add any Modifiers to your Bookings product. See our next course on Modifiers for more information.
Bookings can be restricted to show up between certain dates only, for example, if your yoga sessions run from April - June only. To enable this, select the From and To dates using the calendar picker. Otherwise, leave this section empty if the Booking is available all year round.
Note that users can only book sessions a maximum of 60 days in advance.
In addition to restricting Bookings between set dates, they can also be restricted to certain days of the week. These can be set independently, or in conjunction with the restricted dates. Neither is a required field. If no days are selected, the product will be shown on each day of the week.
Start and end times must be added. Enter these in the appropriate fields. If you have multiple sessions available throughout the day (e.g a morning yoga session and an afternoon one), additional sessions can be added using the Add session button.
Enter a session Capacity if applicable. If a capacity is entered, once reached, users will not be able to book the session and it will show up as fully booked. If no restriction is set, an infinite number of users can book the session.
Enter details about the session, or class, in the Session Info field. This will be shown on the detailed view of the product and also in the booking dashboard.Â
Enter the location of where the session is being held so the user knows where to go.
If additional sessions are required, for example, a class may be repeated at multiple times throughout the day, click the Add session button to add further sessions, and repeat the above steps.
Choose if you would like to add a minimum notice period for sessions, for example, a yoga class that cannot be booked less than 30 minutes before the session starts. Tick the box and enter the time limit if you wish to enable this.
Next, choose if you would like to allow attendees on this booking product, allowing users to bring attendees who have not booked a session through the platform. See our next course on Enabling Attendees for more information.
Then, select if you would like to allow users to cancel their own sessions. You can then also choose to add a time limit before the session in which a user can cancel their booking.
Some products will require the vendor to provide additional information, for example, the code to a door to enter a class.
Check the button to Provide User with additional information. Tell the user what type of information you will provide them with after booking and click Add.
Add Terms & Conditions if applicable.
Finally, select Save once you're finished.
