Cancelling a booking session

Open the Store Manager, then click Bookings on the left-hand side menu. 

By default, the sessions for the current day will be shown on the dashboard. If you need to cancel a session for a future date, click on the calendar button at the top and select the appropriate date.Sessions that have attendees will be highlighted green. Locate the session you need to cancel and click on the card.

A pop-up will be displayed with the session information. Click the session you need to cancel.On the following screen, it will show the attendance list, additionally, you can cancel the session here. Select the Cancel Session button to proceed, once selected a further pop-up window will be displayed confirming that you want to cancel the session. It will also notify you of the number of attendees that will be refunded automatically.

Click the Cancel & Refund button to proceed. Note, the refund button will display even if your booking product has zero cost.

The session will show as cancelled and the attendees will automatically be refunded. A refund confirmation email will be sent to the user, in addition to a push notification, notifying them of the cancellation.

You can also cancel the booking of individual user(s). Simply select the Cancel button next to their name in the session.

A modal will pop up to ask you to confirm the cancellation.
