Insights in Equiem One Essentials

Overview
This page will guide you on how to locate key metrics for your site.
Accessing the Insights page
Open Equiem One and log in.
Click Insights from the left hand menu.
The Insights page is available to both Property Managers and Workplace Managers. Workplace Managers will only be able to see data relating to their company. Users with no roles will not see the Insights option in their menu.
If you do not see the Insights option, it may be because you don’t have the Property Manager role assigned to your profile. Please reach out to our Support Team.
Insights for Property Managers
Site Engagement
The Site Engagement widget will show you key metrics from the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Use the drop down arrow to change the reporting period:
Use the 3 dots and select Export to CSV to download data from this widget.
Registered Users
This box will display the total number of users registered at your site in the time period selected.
Active Users
Here you will find the number of users that have logged into your platform at least once in the reporting period.
Most Active Company
The company with the most user activity for the reporting period.
Least Active Company
The company with the least user activity for the reporting period.
Additional Reporting
We are continuing to build out the Insights page to provide more detailed data and analytics. In the meantime, we encourage you to access our Reporting Dashboards to find additional data for your site.
Follow the below steps to add a reporting shortcut to your Equiem One menu.
Click + in the My Shortcuts section of the left hand menu.
Give the shortcut a name, for example, Reporting Dashboards.
Depending on your region, input one of the following URLs:
Choose an Icon and click Create.
Insights for Workplace Managers
