Booking

• We have updated our Booking module to allow users to decline booking invitations directly in the booking preview. This means you no longer need to search through your work calendar to find the invite you can't attend or was sent to you by mistake. With this new feature, you can easily decline an invite when it is sent to you.

Analytics

• Admins can now access occupancy analytics for all standard inventory products available for booking. This improvement will make it easier to see which products are in high demand and take action accordingly. Please note that occupancy analytics for custom products are not currently available.

Android

• Fixed: booking timeline showing that the meeting room is occupied for two days instead of one when it was booked for the whole day

• Fixed: spaces being displayed as bookable despite being unavailable for booking

• Fixed: minor issue with an incorrect caption being displayed on the “No bookings” search result

• Fixed: random seat being assigned to the user if they choose a specific seat too quickly while editing a booking

• Fixed: external users able to progress to the next step of the booking process without choosing a location

Inventory

• Fixed: admins being unable to assign more than 1 role to the same user

• Fixed: admins being unable to add a new fixed desk in a space preview mode

iOS

• Fixed: minor issue with users getting an error when trying to access a “My Bookings” tab

• Fixed: minor issue with host being able to invite multiple guests using the same email address

• Fixed: users being unable to book a space in a non-consecutive mode if its minimum booking period is more than 1 day
