This release includes bug fixes enhancing booking clarity, ensuring proper button functionality, correcting redirection and display issues, and refining filter accuracy in the booking system.

Bug Fixes

  • Booking Preview: We have fixed the issue where the cancellation policy and booking details were missing from the booking preview. Users can now view the cancellation policy directly in the confirmation screen for both Booking and My Booking sections.

  • Bookings: Previously, clicking the End booking button did not perform any action. Now, the button successfully ends the booking and updates the system accordingly.

  • Missing Information on Remaining Booking Points (Hitachi): In the User Interface, the information displaying the remaining booking points after creating a booking was not visible. Users were unable to see how many points they had left after making a reservation. We have fixed the issue by ensuring that the remaining booking points are clearly displayed after a booking is made.

  • Timeline Dividers Overlapping Booking Summary Section: During the process of creating an hourly booking, the timeline dividers were incorrectly displayed over the booking summary section, leading to potential confusion. We have fixed the layout issue ensuring that the timeline dividers are now properly positioned and no longer overlap with the booking summary section.

  • Incorrect Redirection from "Book Space" Button in "My Bookings": Users experienced an issue where clicking the Book Space button in the My Bookings section, when no bookings were present for a selected date, led to an incorrect URL redirection. Now, when users click on the Book Space button, they are correctly directed to the Book Anything page.

  • Bookings: We have successfully corrected the issue where the x button next to the organizer's thumbnail was unresponsive. Users can now remove the organizer directly from the Participants section by clicking the x button, streamlining the booking process.

  • Bookings: When regular members created a booking, they were unable to edit or cancel the booking due to lack of the Edit and Cancel buttons in the booking preview screen. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that the Edit and Cancel buttons are now displayed for the organizer for bookings that are still within the editable or cancellable timeframe.

  • Bookings: The heading Edit Note was incorrectly displayed for all note editing sections. The issue has been fixed by ensuring that the Edit Note heading is correctly displayed only when editing Note for participants and Front desk notes.

  • Filters: There was a discrepancy in the booking system where the start and end hours specified by users were not being correctly passed to the filtering mechanism. Instead of the specified hours, the system always used the start and end of the day for filtering, leading to inaccurate results. This issue has been fixed so that the application now correctly interprets and applies the user-specified start and end hours for filtering bookings.

  • The Booking Title can have up to 83 characters. If it has more characters, an error occurs.

Android

Bug Fixes

In Android, certain spaces were incorrectly marked as Unavailable in the Book anything tab, even though they were actually available for booking. We have fixed this issue and now, the spaces will correctly reflect their actual availability status.

iOS

Bug Fixes

  • In the iOS application, when users attempted to repeat a booking, the booking confirmation screen would open with the timeline unexpectedly collapsed. The issue has been fixed to ensure that the timeline remains expanded when the booking confirmation screen is accessed, especially after a user opts to repeat a booking.

  • Several problems were identified when scanning a QR code assigned to a particular desk on the iOS platform, including incorrect price calculation, the specific desk not being selected post-scan, the Edit button malfunctioning in the desk selection section, and bookings not being completed due to a Booking cannot start in the past error.
    We have fixed the following issues associated with QR code scanning for desk booking:

    • Price is now calculated correctly according to the scanned desk's details.

    • The scanned desk is correctly identified and selected for booking.

    • The Edit button in the desk selection section is now operational.

    • The system now accurately recognizes the booking's intended start time, avoiding erroneous Booking cannot start in the past messages.

  • Users experienced an issue where the selected desk would not display in the desk section while attempting to edit a booking on iOS devices. We have fixed the bug that caused the selected desk to appear empty when editing a booking. Now, the selected desk details are properly displayed, allowing users to view and modify their booking as needed.
