New Features & Improvements

Booking

  • We're excited to announce the implementation of unique QR codes for each bookable item. With this new feature, tenants can swiftly scan a QR code and instantly navigate to the corresponding Booking screen. This streamlined process accelerates the booking procedure, removing the time-consuming task of searching for a specific product.

Help Center

  • This update is aimed at enhancing the workflow of ticket maintainers. Now, when a new ticket gets assigned, the assigned maintainer will immediately receive an email containing a comprehensive ticket description along with any attached images. This enhancement not only hastens response time but also enables maintainers to begin addressing the issue more promptly than before.

  • Fixed: minor issue with email updates being sent before the booking update has been completed

  • Fixed: Staff being unable to preview bookings made in restricted spaces

  • Fixed: booking date not being saved properly in the non-consecutive booking mode

  • Fixed: minor issue where the notification email marked all booking dates as cancelled when only a single day was cancelled in non-consecutive mode

  • Fixed: minor issue with the booking’s status displayed incorrectly if its start time is set in the past

  • Fixed: minor issue with the booking preview not being displayed correctly when the user was invited to a meeting in a restricted space

  • Fixed: minor issue with an “I’m not going” button being displayed for booking organizers in the booking preview
