Synchronization for External Participants

External participants can also be invited for meetings (or organize them), and our integration takes that into account. There are two ways that this synchronization happens:

• External participants that don't have an Outlook account will receive meeting invitations and updates to their external emails from Outlook

• If the meeting organizer doesn't have a spaceOS account, Outlook will still create a booking on spaceOS and add available data about the organizer (e.g. email address)
