Meetings/bookings synchronization

Microsoft Outlook integration allows for two-way synchronization - meetings and bookings created in spaceOS will be posted to the organizer's Outlook calendar, and creating a meeting from Outlook would allow the creation of a new booking on spaceOS.

It works the same way for editing and cancellation of meetings, if only with a different result.
