Push Notifications

You can use the Content Management System to create Custom Push Notifications sent directly to your users via:

• The Web App

• The Mobile App

  • On iOS

  • On Android

You can also segment your Custom Push Notification to target a specific user group, for example, your key tenant contacts. Find out more about segmentation in our segmentation articles.

Users can opt into Notifications via the Platform, however, if they have switched off Notifications at an App level via their iOS or Android settings, we cannot override this.
