Viewing Sent Push Notifications

Open the Content Management System.

To start, click the Communications tab in the menu bar and select Push Notifications from the drop-down. If you cannot see this tab in your menu, please raise a support ticket.

Choose the Sent tab to open a list of all sent Push Notifications. You will see the Title and Message, the site it was sent to, the date and the maximum number of users. The number of users should be used as a guide only as we cannot track if users have switched off notifications at device level.
