Scheduling your Content
Follow our tips below for scheduling content on your platform.
Publish new content every one or two days to keep the platform content dynamic
Regularly check your Featured section to make sure it contains new and relevant content. Ensure there is nothing out of date
Try to have a minimum of five events published at a time to ensure the calendar on the web platform is full. These can be a mixture of onsite events, operational events and local events
Each carousel on your homepage should have a minimum of four (preferably six) posts at any time to ensure the feed is full
Release weekly Newsletters to maximise platform engagement
Try to write and schedule content at least three days ahead of the publishing date to help you keep on top of your schedule
Use Notifications sparingly, a maximum of two per week, to avoid users wanting to unsubscribe
Publish onsite event posts at least seven days ahead of the event to ensure you have adequate time to promote itÂ
