Creating Consistent Formatting

We recommend a specific format to keep content consistent, clear and easily digestible. Follow our tips below for News, Event and Building Information posts.

First line bold - Introduce your post with a single line of text that summarises the content of the post, in bold.

Two paragraphs minimum - Try to use a minimum of two paragraphs in your post to ensure there is enough detail in the post

Two lines per paragraph - Each paragraph should contain a minimum of two lines per paragraph

Final line bold - Use a call to action to close out your post such as:

• RSVP to join

• Contact us for more information

• Enter now to win

No text imagery - Use high-quality, high-resolution imagery with no text on it. Use free stock images and use building imagery where relevant
