Completing Orders
Open the Store Manager. By default, you will land on the Orders page.
Click the Complete order button at the bottom of the order you wish to complete.
Alternatively, you can click on the order for a more detailed view. You can then select the Complete order button at the top.
Or you can click the 3 menu dots and Complete order.
If the order is for collection, the customer will get a notification telling them that their order is ready to collect. If it is for delivery, the customer will get a notification to say that their order is complete.
Once you have completed the order, it will be moved over to the Done dashboard and removed from the Current dashboard. The status colour will also change, from green to blue.
To view completed orders, click on the Done dashboard. The completed order is displayed here and highlighted with a blue background. Click on the order if you need to view further details.
