How to Search

When you’re logged in to the Content Management System, and you’re in the My Dashboard or All Content section, you can use keywords to search for content such as Easter, Valentine's Day, Menu, Competition etc.

Type your keywords into the search bar and press the enter key:

The Content Management System will then display all pieces of content containing that keyword. Note, this is most effective when you have your display set to Grid View. Read more about changing your view here.

To search with filters, click the arrow on the right of the search bar - this will expand options so you can search by:

• Type of post (e.g. News post)

• Status (e.g. Draft, Published etc)

• Assignee (who the post is assigned to)

• Site

• Author

• Tags e.g Feel Good
