Switching between accounts in the CMS

Learn how to switch between accounts on the CMS.

If you have an Engage package with Equiem, you may have access to a content template library on the Content Management System where you can find hundreds of pre-written content templates for you to copy to your own site.

Sometimes when you open the Content Management System, you'll be taken to content template library but if you want to create a piece of content specific to your site, you'll need to switch your account. Sometimes, you'll want to search for a content template but you'll be in your site account and will need to switch.

You may also see an error message if you try to create a piece of content on one of our content template libraries instead of your site account.

The good news is, it couldn't be easier to switch accounts on the CMS, simply follow these steps:

1. Check your profile icon in the top right hand corner, this will show you which account you are in.

2. If you need to switch account (either back to your content template library or to your site), click your profile icon and select the relevant account from the drop-down menu.
   
   

   Open
