What is Iris?

Iris is the Equiem Content Management System, the system that is used to create all the content on your platform. You'll use the Content Management System to populate your platform with interesting, informative and exciting content, such as maintenance updates, community events and local retailer news for your members to read.

Content comes in 6 types:

  • News posts

  • Event posts

  • Quicklinks (these show when you click in the search bar and at the top of your homepage)

  • Building Info posts

  • Polls

  • NPS/Feedback

You'll use the Content Management System to communicate with your members by creating and sending newsletters, notifications, email notifications and SMS messages.

In addition, you can use the Content Management System to create custom homepage feeds for your platform.
