Adding the permission for a user [Vendor]

Introduction

This document provides a step-by-step guide for vendors on how to add permissions to a user for managing discount codes in the Store Manager.

Steps to Add Permission

1. Open the Store Manager and Access Vendor Settings

  • Start by opening the Store Manager.

  • Navigate to and click on 'Vendor Settings'.

2. Choose the User

  • The permission can be added to either a new user or an existing one.

    • For an existing user: Click on the 'Edit' icon next to the user’s name.

    • For a new user: Click on the 'Add user' option.

3. Select Permissions

  • On the next screen, locate the 'Permissions' dropdown.

  • Here, you can add the relevant permissions to the user.

4. Manage Discounts Permission

  • Find and select the 'Manage Discounts' option from the permissions list.

  • This will enable the user to access and manage all aspects of discounts, including viewing the 'Discount Codes' section in the menu.
