Overview
For sites with multiple buildings or reception desks, this feature allows you to see all appointments across all reception desks at your site.
Receptionists who are added to more than one building reception automatically have the Grouped Reception View button presented when accessing the reception desk view.
Accessing the Grouped Reception Desk View
Open Equiem One and select Visitor Management > Reception View.
If you have access to more than one building reception, after you click Reception View, you will be provided with a list of all receptions you have access to.
At the bottom, you will see the All Visitors for {site_name} button. Select the button to see all visitors for all building receptions across your site.
You can also select one building by clicking Access next to the building’s name. You will then go to the reception view of the selected building only.
Benefits of this Feature
It enhances the user experience - Receptionists don’t have to switch between the reception desks to manage visitors within the same site.
It saves time for Receptionists
It is a single point of check in. Mostly useful for sites with multiple buildings.
