Description: Hosts are now able to provide additional information related to their visitors when creating a new appointments, this can be done directly when creating a new appointment across all platforms. The same is also now available on Equiem One for Workplace Managers and Receptionists.

Adding additional visitor information

The method to provide additional information is done against each individual visitor. The below guide provides an overview of steps to add additional visitor information against a visitor.

  1. Once a visitor is added to an appointment, a meatball menu is now available to “Add visitor information”.

  1. Select a label for “VIP” or “Require assistance” or provide additional information before saving it against the visitor.

  1. View the additional information provided at a quick glance.

  1. Hosts and Organisers can edit any additional visitor Information provided directly within the appointment via the Visitor Management landing page, right up until the appointment starts.

Changes to Reception View

With the release of this feature comes an opportunity to address some improvements to the reception view. The below summary outlines the changes made to the reception view.

  1. Additional Visitor Information provided by Hosts and Tenants is easily accessible via the new “details” column which provides an easily identifiable and permanent location for visitor icon’s to be placed.
