Visitor Invitation Protocol

For security reasons, the ability to invite visitors is managed according to the following guidelines:

1. Tenant Reception:

• Permission: Can invite visitors.

• Functionality: Tenant reception teams are authorized to manage and invite visitors to the premises.

2. Building Reception:

• Restriction: Cannot invite visitors.

• Reason: This restriction is in place to ensure strict control over visitor access to the building and its various areas. Building Receptionists can check in visitors at the building entrance.

3. Special Situations:

• Scenario: If there is only one tenant in the building then a Building Reception and a Tenant Reception is needed.
