Front Desk Manager
Front Desk Manager is a supporting role that receives messages sent to the Front Desk, be it Guest invite notes or messages sent to Front Desk during a booking creation.
When there are no Front Desk Manager roles assigned to a Location, it causes all messages directed to the Front Desk Manager to be sent to all General Admins.
In order to set up a dedicated person as the Front Desk Manager, please follow the instruction below.
In the Inventory Tab, filter the Country specific Locations.
After Opening a location click on Edit in order to find the Location Managers section.
Here we can choose any General Admin or Staff to be assigned as the Front Desk Manager for that location.
