Front Desk Manager

Front Desk Manager is a supporting role that receives messages sent to the Front Desk, be it Guest invite notes or messages sent to Front Desk during a booking creation.

When there are no Front Desk Manager roles assigned to a Location, it causes all messages directed to the Front Desk Manager to be sent to all General Admins.

In order to set up a dedicated person as the Front Desk Manager, please follow the instruction below.

  • In the Inventory Tab, filter the Country specific Locations.

  • After Opening a location click on Edit in order to find the Location Managers section.

  • Here we can choose any General Admin or Staff to be assigned as the Front Desk Manager for that location.
