Overview

When managing your content schedule, you may want to highlight certain pieces of content and you can do this by adding them to the Featured section on the Homepage of the Platform and App.

Please note that only a News Post or Event Post can be added to your Featured section, not a Building Info post.

Adding or Removing Content from your Featured Feed

 

Open our Content Management System.

Click on the All Content tab and search for the News Post or Event Post you want to include on the Featured section. You can search using keywords or by using the drop-down filters to narrow down your search. You can also do this when you are creating a News or Event post.

Click on the desired post to open it, which will look something like this: 

Tick the Feature News or Feature Event button on the right-hand side:

 

Hit the Save button which will now have appeared on the top menu bar. 

To remove a post from your Featured section, untick the box and hit the Save button.

We recommend reviewing your Featured section every 2-3 weeks to make sure everything featured is still relevant and removing anything that isn't.
