Creating an NPS Question
Open our Content Management System.
To create a Feedback question, click the Content dropdown in the top menu bar, and All Content in this drop-down. Click the Add New button and select NPS/Feedback.
You will be taken to this page:
Complete the fields as per the below:
Title - this is for internal reference only, and will not be seen by the end-user. Name your question something that you’ll remember. This will be displayed in the Analytics Dashboards.
Format - Choose NPS to create a new question. A reminder will display telling you that only one NPS format question can be live on the site at a time.
Question - Choose from one of the three suggested questions provided.
Unsatisfied / Satisfied Label - these two fields will autofill with Not at all likely, and Extremely Likely, but can be overridden if needed.
Accent Colour - if you leave this field, the colour of the buttons on the live widget will default to your site’s primary colour. If you want to pick a different colour for the widget, you can use RBG, HSL or HEX formats.Â
Ask the User Again After  - choose the frequency you want the widget to reappear to the user. NPS is intended as a recurring measure of satisfaction, as such we recommend using the 6 or 12 month recurrence so it continues to run and gather data from your users.
Don't ask again:Â The user will never be shown it again
6 months:Â The user will be shown it again after a 6 month period of when they first interact with it
12 months:Â The user will be shown it again after a 12 month period of when they first interact with it
Hit Save and you will be taken to the review page. Tick the relevant box under the Sitessection on the bottom right-hand corner, to choose which site the content will appear on.
Set the date and time you want the NPS to go live on, under the Publish at section, using the calendar widget. Click Apply to apply the changes.
Click Save at the top left to apply any changes you've made.
Once you have finished your NPS, change the status from ‘Draft’ to ‘Published’ on the top right-hand corner of the page.
