Comment & RSVP Reports

An end user can comment on News and Event posts. If an Event post has RSVPs enabled, they can also RSVP directly to confirm attendance.

Comment & RSVP reports let you see which users have left comments or RSVP’d, and provide their contact details should you need to reach out.

Comment Reports

Comments are automatically enabled for all News and Event Posts, they cannot be switched off

If you are the author of a piece of content that receives a comment, you will receive an email notification advising that a comment has been left on your content

To find a comment report, open the Content Management System and search for the required piece of content.

Select the content and then from the top of the content, select Comment Report.

Here you will be able to see all comments left by users on this content along with their name, email address, company, and the time stamp of their comment.

Emailing the Comment Report

Select the Email full report extract button and enter your email address to receive the report by email. Press Send Report to confirm.

Deleting a Comment

To delete a user’s comment, select the Delete button next to their comment on the report. Select Confirm to proceed with deletion.

Replying to a Comment

To reply to a user’s comment, locate the piece of content on the front end of the platform. Select the Reply button to leave your comment.

The user will receive a notification and email to let them know that someone has responded to their comment.

RSVP Reports

RSVP functionality must be enabled in the Event Post to allow users to RSVP

To find an RSVP report, open the Content Management System and search for the required event post.

Select the content and then from the top, select RSVP Report.

If you are looking at a repeat event, select the event occurrence from the drop down.

Here you will be able to see information for all users who have RSVP'd.

Emailing the RSVP Report

Select the Email full report extract button and enter your email address to receive the report by email. Press Send Report to confirm.

Removing RSVPs

Only a user can remove their RSVP. They can do so by heading to the front end of the platform and un-selecting the RSVP button next to the event.
