Rejecting Orders
There are many reasons you may need to reject an order, for example, you've just become aware that the product has run out of stock.Â
Open the Store Manager. By default, you will land on the Orders page.
Click on the order you want to reject to expand it for more details. You can only reject orders that haven't already been accepted. You can however cancel an accepted order. See the other tutorials to learn how to complete this.
You'll be taken to the detailed order view, once you've selected the order you want to reject. The order can be rejected, by clicking the Reject Order button, at the top of the order window. Click on the X icon to close down the detailed view and return to the Current dashboard.
Alternatively, you can reject an order by clicking the 3 menu dots on the order and selecting Reject order.
Â
In both instances, a notification will be sent to the customer, advising them that the order was rejected.
The order will be moved from the Current dashboard to the Done dashboard.Â
To view rejected orders, click on the Done dashboard. Any orders that have been rejected will be displayed here with a red background. Click on the order card to expand it for further details.
