Providing Additional information to Users
If when creating your product, you've selected the following option:
You will need to input the additional information for the user when you accept and/or complete their order.Â
Open the Store Manager. By default, you will land on the Orders page.
Click on the order you want to provide additional information for to expand it for more details.
Complete the Profile Details section with the required information e.g. Locker Number. Click Save.Â
This will send a notification to the user with the added information.
Continue to process the order as normal, accepting and completing.Â
