Access and Layout

• Accessing Discount Codes: Once you have the required permissions, you'll see a 'Discount Codes' option in the left menu, which includes 'Discount Codes' and 'Usage Report' sections.

• Default View: By default, the page opens on the 'Discount Codes' section. You can also navigate here directly by clicking the relevant menu option.

Features of the Discount Codes Page

1. Tabs for Code Status: Three tabs at the top allow filtering of discount codes based on their status: Active, Inactive, or Completed. New codes are set to Inactive by default.

2. Status Selection: Selecting a status reloads the table to display codes matching that status, ordered from most recent to oldest.

3. Code Details: The table displays creation date, discount code name, value (amount or percentage off), and availability.

4. Copy Function: Discount codes can be copied to the clipboard using the copy icon.

5. Availability Information: The 'Availability' column shows whether a code is currently available, based on site time zone and any set time/date limits.
   
   

6. Time and Date Restrictions: Icons indicate if a discount code is outside its available times.
   
   

7. Search Function: Discount codes can be searched by name using the top search bar.
   
   

8. Expanded View: Each row has an expandable view for more information without needing to view the discount code's full details.
   
   

9. Further Details in Expanded View: This includes setup information and a link to view full details via the operations icon.
   
   

10. Limitations and Promotions: The table displays redemption limits, total spend limits, promotional settings, and participating vendors.
    
    

11. Operations Options: The operations icon at the end of each row offers options like edit, view, or change status based on the code's current status.
