Summary of v1 Visitor Management Features

This first release of Visitor Management provides the following features and capabilities:

  • Streamlined onboarding process for Visitor Management product activation.

  • Create, Edit, Delete non-recurring visitor appointments on both Web & Mobile.

  • Proxy visitor appointments for C Level users.

  • Check-in and check-out capabilities for reception teams at both the base building level and tenant level.

  • Email notifications for new/updated/cancelled visitor appointments for visitors with calendar invite (.ics)( if visitor email address provided).

  • Optional Visitor check-in Notifications for Hosts.

Next up

Further features and enhancements are scheduled to be available later in 2022 with the following items already being reflected:

  • Barrier Access Integrations (Sensor Access and Genetec scheduled - Further providers are being reviewed for future implementation)

  • Card ID Tracking (The ability for reception teams to log and report on physical access cards that are issued to visitors)

  • Pass Printing (The ability for receptions to be able to print a visitor badge with the ability to include a webcam image taken of the visitor upon checkin)
