When creating a pre-booked appointment, creators/organisers are no longer required to provide an email address for Hosts. This feature simplifies the ability to create appointments.
Removing the Mandatory Host Email
To remove the Mandatory requirement to provide an email address for a host, Property Managers are able to access a new toggle within the Visitor Management Settings within the “General” Settings.
Once disabled, providing an email address when changing the host is no longer a required field.
Hold in Lobby with Non-Mandatory Host Email
Should a Tenant have the “Hold in Lobby” feature enabled and selected as part of a newly created appointment, a new prompt has been implemented to advise the appointment organiser to provide an email for the host in order for them to be notified once their visitor arrives.
