Icons in the Content Management System

Sometimes, you may see icons on a post in Grid or List view. These are the definitions for each Icon.

Comment Bubble - A comment has been left on this post in the CMS

Two Documents (Copy) - Post has been copied from a template or an existing post

Sitemap - Post is featured on multiple platforms (click the 3 dots to see which sites it belongs to)

Target - Post is segmented to a targeted audience

Lock - Post is locked and cannot be edited/changed without permission

Checkbox - Tasks are assigned to the post, indicates how many tasks are complete or incomplete within a post

New tab - Will open this content in a new tab

EqOne - This content has been created by a Workplace Manager using Equiem One

Content Types

Calendar - This content type is an Event Post

Paper - This content type is a News Post

Building - This content type is a Building Information Post

Graph - This content type is either a Poll or NPS/Feedback

Link - This content type is a Quick Link
