Scheduling a Newsletter
All newsletters can either be sent immediately or scheduled for a future date, meaning you can forward plan what content posts are going to be included in all your newsletters.Â
When creating a newsletter you can schedule it using the Schedule button. Click this, and select your time and date from the calendar. Click Apply and then click Schedule. The status in the top right hand corner will change to green and Scheduled.
You will also be able to confirm a newsletter has been scheduled by checking the In Progress tab, here you will be able to see a green status and the scheduled date/time that the newsletter will be sent.

If you wish to change anything about your newsletter once it has been scheduled, you can click the title of the newsletter from the In Progress tab and scroll to the bottom and click Pause Schedule. You can then make any changes and reschedule or leave the newsletter in Draft. Note, you will need to do this 15 minutes before the scheduled time, otherwise you will not be able to make any changes.
If you would prefer to send your newsletter right away, you can click the Send Immediately button.

You can also schedule newsletters that have previously been drafted. To do this, click on the Communications tab from the menu at the top of the page, then select Newsletter, and In Progress.

Within the In Progress tab you'll see a list of all drafted newsletters. Choose the one you're ready to Edit or Schedule by clicking the title, then follow the above instructions.
