Visitor Management Emails

Overview
Property Managers can provide information for each building, which will be included in all emails sent to visitors. This allows the inclusion of links to third-party sites or documents that support processes specific to visitors attending their buildings, such as car parking information, building security information, fire and evacuation information, etc.
The email header and footer images can also be customised.
Accessing Building Settings
The responsibility to update email information is designated to Property Managers.
Open Equiem One. Then head to Visitor Management > Settings.
Then, select the Building tab and select your building.

Customising the Email Text
Scroll down to locate the Email Footer Text box and input your messaging.
You can change the style of the text to bold or italic, you can also include links to your email message.
Header and Footer
You can drag and drop or upload an image with your company logo to be the header or the footer of the email:

If you leave the Header and Footer section blank here, the images will default to those set up in your Site Configuration section in Admin Panel.
