Closing a Poll
Polls can be closed in two ways:
Either automatically as part of the poll reaching the end of its duration
Or, manually via the Close Poll button on the poll itself
Note that both of the above will show the poll in a closed state to users, the poll won't disappear from the content. Instead, it will switch to a view identifying that the poll is closed and providing a summary of the participants and results (if enabled). Note that it's possible to hide results from users. If this is enabled, then the closed poll will not display results to users

Variations of Closed Polls
Within Poll Content in the Content Management System
The screen will reflect that the poll has closed, however, the results of the poll won't be visible unless previewed on the content itself, on the web or mobile application.
Within Content on the Web/Mobile Application (results set to visible)
If results are made visible to users, the results view will remain in place after the poll has closed. If there are less than 3 answer choices, the top answer choice will be highlighted with the accent colour. If there are more than 5 answer choices, the top 3 will be highlighted. All other results will be highlighted grey.
Within Content on the Web/Mobile Application (results set to hidden)
If polls are set to hide the results, users will see a placeholder of the closed poll, identifying that results are set to private.
