Q: What affects the ranking in search results in app stores?
A: It’s affected by the keywords you choose and how many people are searching for and downloading the app.

Q: When can App screenshots in the App Store / Google Play store be updated?
A: Android can be updated at any time however Apple updates needs to made as part of a release. Please speak to your Customer Success Manager to confirm dates for the next release.

Q: What OS versions are supported for our mobile app?
A: Android 6.0 or later, iOS 13.6 or later.

Q: What elements of a white label app have to be updated as part of a mobile release?
A: App icon, app name, Splash screen and My Account header

Q: Why do app users see the pop up “[APP NAME] would like to use Bluetooth” when they first launch the app?
A: The Bluetooth message relates to access control integrations we have with some of our customers. Even if you don’t use our access control feature, the message may still display for your users as we provide a white label app with the same code base for all customers.

Q: How do I accept the Apple T&Cs?
A: You should log in here https://developer.apple.com/account/ and see a banner similar to the below:

Click Review Agreement and you will then see the option to click ‘I Agree’. Alternatively, if you don’t see the banner, head to the Agreements, Tax and Banking page and you will see this on the Agreements tab.

Q: Does the mobile app support all website features?
A: No, we do not have feature parity between our mobile and web apps. These app have different product roadmaps where features are prioritised based on best fit and best usage for the respective app.

Q: Is it possible to have a custom branded version of the app? 
A: Yes. We can provide a version of our latest application as a White Label / Custom Branded App. This service is provided at additional cost. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss.
