Q: I can see the company ‘Other’ in my reporting pie charts, what does this mean?
A: Our reporting dashboards will group companies with lower metrics (e.g lower number of attendees) together. The top 20 contributors will be displayed as an individual slice, the rest of the companies will be grouped together and displayed as one slice labelled Other.
Q: Does the Site Engagement Widget for Property Managers include Visitors?
A: Yes
Q: How far back does the data in the Reporting dashboards go?
A: The reporting platform covers data for a rolling 12 month period. If you require historic data, please contact our support team. Please note, the lead time for pulling historic data is one working week.
Q: What does time data in the Bookings tab relate to?
A: It relates to when the booking is made, not when the booking is for.
Q: What does ‘Withheld’ mean in the Reporting dashboards on the NPS tab > Doughnut graph?
A: It means the user didn’t answer and selected the ‘Maybe Later’ button
